Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To begin a return, please contact us first at info@epicmarts.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be unused or lightly handled only for inspection.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
- You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Used products showing signs of wear, misuse, or modification.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned without prior authorization when required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@epicmarts.com.
Please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
To request a return:
- Email info@epicmarts.com.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions and approval if applicable.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items. If you would like a replacement, contact us first and we will let you know the best available option.
In many cases, the fastest solution is to process an approved return and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been submitted to fulfillment, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to this Returns & Refund Policy.
